The Aircross will get minor exterior updates and some changes on the interior.
Citroen recently announced that it was planning a few product upgrades as part of a new strategic plan dubbed âCitroen 2.0 â Shift Into the Newâ. Just hours following the announcement, the updated Aircross has been spotted testing in Chennai.
The fact that the test mule was covered in minimal camouflage suggests that there will be only minor changes on the exterior. While the overall styling remains unchanged, the SUV gets projector headlamps, black ORVMs, and black roof rails. The 4-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels are also likely to be retained.
On the interior, the Aircross will get brown instead of cream-coloured upholstery. The SUV is expected to get features such as ventilated front seats, automatic climate control, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a digital instrument cluster.
Powering the updated Aircross will be the same 1.2-litre naturally aspirated and turbo-petrol engines. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic.
