BHPian sox recently shared this with other enthusiasts:The Electric Starter retrofitBecause it is just too hard to kick start it every time it bogs down, I wanted a self-starter retrofit. My Trusted Mechanic was the architect of this project. Here, you can see a new coil which produces power for the whole system. This coil is from the 2018 Bullet 350x. A belt connects the cam wheel to the starter motor pulley which you can see on top of the coil. A sprag clutch was already installed before which ensures that it allows the starter to engage only while cranking. Above is the CDI Kit (Capacitor Discharge Igniton kit) installed to help start the bike. More about the modsVardenchi Seats: A very expensive but completely worth-it mod. The low rider seats and better cushioning makes these seats one of the best you can get for a Royal Enfield. Some of you know Vardenchi as a bodykit brand too. These offer superior comfort and are more than ideal for long distance journeys. Vardenchi Handlebar: These handlebars are essential after installing a Vardenchi seat. These help amplify the riding experience. Classic 350 Back end The chassis was permanently modified to accommodate this modification. It was essential to fit the Vardenchi seats to aid my back pain.Future plansWait. The build is not done yet. There is a whole lot of stuff like repainting, Digital Bluetooth analog style speedometer (Potential consideration to make it more modern) and other things that need to be done. Stay tuned for more updates. Until then thank you for visiting this thread!Check out BHPian comments for more insights and information.
