BHPian robincsamuel recently shared this with other enthusiasts:PrologueWe’re planning a Dussehra trip this year, and we’ve decided to visit Kannur, Kasaragod, and Coorg. We’re a group of three friends with families and small children. I’m too lazy to write a travelogue, and my writing isn’t great either. So I’ll go with a photologue. The Trip We spent three days in Kannur, three days in Coorg, and one day on a houseboat in Kasaragod. We stayed in a low-key homestay in Kannur, within walking distance of Thottada beach. We had food from some great restaurants like Odhen’s, MVK, and Barka. Our stay in Coorg was in a remote place, within a coffee estate, and it was fantastic. I’ll let the photos tell the rest.Kannur & KasaragodNear Virajpet, en route to Kannur. Fort Road, Kannur. (Note: The road wasn’t blocked. The car on the right was parked there, waiting for the other two, and was clicking pictures. We reached as he was clicking, and this picture was taken within five seconds.) St. Angelo Fort, Kannur. Parassinikadavu Muthappan Temple – Evening Theyyam.
