Push the Limit!
If you’re the driver that datalogs every single drive you do, this update and feature is for you! Consistently datalogging every trip can really stack up the number of files that are on the Accessport. When that occurs, doing the daily regiment of taking your AP inside and hooking it up to a computer to offload those logs can be a chore. Wipe that sweat off your brow because as of today, Accessports will be gaining the ability to adjust the maximum number of stored datalogs beyond the previous limit!
How To Increase Datalog File Limit
With this new ability, new menu workflows are accessible. To increase the datalog file limit, you’ll want to do the followiing:
- When viewing gauges, push the UP button to and select SETUP
- From inside the setup menu, scroll down and choose “Configure Datalogging”
- Then once again, scroll up to SETUP
- From this next menu, choose “Set Datalog File Count Limit”
- You will now be presented with the ability to set a maximum file count limit in the range of 2 to 50 logs
Which Accessport Devices Are Able To Increase Datalog Limit Size?
With this upgraded functionality available to our platform development teams, they are working to get it added, tested, and released. Depending on the specific team and their current in-progress work, the Accessport’s Datalog Limit adjustment function will be on your device soon. As of right now, you will see it on the following units once your device’s firmware is updated to corresponding version using the latest version of our Accessport Manager program:
