Bajaj Auto has achieved a new sales milestone as Chetak sales surpassed the 5 lakh unit mark. As per data shared by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), Bajaj has sold 5,10,000 Chetak e-scooters till the end of August 2025. The Chetak was launched in January 2020. By November 2023, sales had crossed the 1 lakh unit mark. In FY2024, Bajaj sold 1,15,702 units of the Chetak. Its best-ever sales of 2,60,033 units were recorded in FY2025. 88,218 units have been sold in the first five months of the current fiscal. The Bajaj Chetak is priced between Rs 99,900 and Rs 1,27,200 for the 3501 variant. Source:Autocar Pro
