The road transport department (JPJ) has announced that ‘MEE’ and ‘SWQ’ are the next number plate series to go up for bidding on its online auction platform, JPJ eBid.
Melaka’s latest running number plate series is ‘MEE’, which will likely be popular among fans of noodles. The bidding period for this is from today (November 25, 2025) until 10pm on Saturday (November 29, 2025), with the results set to be released on Sunday (November 30, 2025). The whole process is online now, as it has been for some time, and bidders will get the good (or bad) news via email.
Meanwhile, Sarawak’s latest running number plate series is ‘SWQ’, which will be open for bidding on JPJ eBid from November 27, 2025 until 10pm on December 1, 2025 – results are announced the day after bidding ends.
