Maruti Suzuki’s first pure electric offering is all set to go on sale in India next month. Prices for the e Vitara will be announced on December 2, 2025. The e Vitara is likely to be offered with two battery options: 49 kWh and 61 kWh. The bigger battery pack is said to deliver up to 500 km of range. The e Vitara will be available in single- and dual-motor configurations. The AllGrip-e variant will be powered by the larger 61 kWh battery and dual e-motors producing 181 BHP. In terms of features, the e Vitara will offer a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a wireless charger, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats and a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat. The electric SUV will also get a 360-degree camera and Level 2 ADAS. Production of the e Vitara has already commenced at Maruti’s Hansalpur plant in Gujarat. Around 7,000 units have been exported since August this year.
