Chevrolet is taking the 2026 Corvette ZR1X to the next level with the debut of a new ultra-exclusive Quail Silver Limited Edition. Set to make its world premiere at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering during Monterey Car Week on August 15, this special-edition ZR1X features unique design details and marks a historic moment for Corvette with the return of factory matte paint.

The highlight of the package is a stunning Blade Silver Matte finish — the first matte paint offered on a production Corvette since the 1960s. Inspired by the Inca Silver hue from the 1957–1959 C1, the new color adds an upscale and aggressive look to the ZR1X 3LZ convertible, the only trim the package will be available on.

Inside, the Quail Silver Edition sports a Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray interior with Habanero accents, a fresh interior theme for the 2026 Corvette lineup. It also includes orange-painted calipers, black exhaust tips, and carbon flash-painted mirrors. Each model will feature a numbered “Limited Edition” plaque mounted on the interior waterfall speaker.

Under the hood, the 2026 Corvette ZR1X packs a massive punch with its 1,250-horsepower hybrid setup, combining a twin-turbocharged LT7 V8 with an electric motor powering the front axle. Chevrolet says it can rocket from 0-60 mph in under 2 seconds.

“The ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition presents a highly exclusive option for Corvette customers looking for a collectible item,” said Scott Bell, VP of Global Chevrolet. “Corvettes are the pride and joy of their owners, and this model reflects that passion with its craftsmanship, design, and performance.”

Production of the ZR1X will begin in 2025 at GM’s Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky. The Quail Silver Limited Edition ZR1X will start at $241,395, while the standard ZR1X lineup starts at $207,395 for the 1LZ coupe and $217,395 for the 1LZ convertible.

Buyers can also opt for the ZTK Performance Package, which includes stiffer springs, retuned chassis calibrations, the ZR1X Carbon Fiber Aero Package, and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires.
